This is personal . . .
Last year I submitted a video presentation (in hopes) to be chosen in a contest …and the prize was a talented portrait artist would choose which video tickled his fancy and he’d draw that winner’s choice of a portrait (which was presented in the video).

I found a picture of my Mom when she was younger and during the process of putting the video together I experienced a lot more than I had bargained for. The video was fun… it really was, and those that know the artist (Mick) and/or me did get a kick out of it… I did too! Oh, by the way, I didn’t win the contest . . . but I won in so many other ways and began this piece.

I learned that I miss my Mom more in the quiet moments of my art and in the healing process that comes from creating, and well… there’s always more to a story… but here in this piece, I Thank You Mom… I know you’re watching at times and I know you’re okay too if this piece sells… because you’d want me to prosper in addition to healing from my learning.

Soooooo . . . With this shared . . .I do want a buyer to know that I am able to ~alter your own personal photo (without using your actual photo) and place your special loved one in place of my Mom’s vintage photograph (which is removable) . . . or we can leave easy come as easy go (my Mom would have said something like that, a saying but mixed up or not quite at the right time) and this beautiful vintage inspired “Time after Time” art can be packed and mailed exactly as it is to become your heirloom. Also, if you have a special memorable piece of jewelry that you’d like added with my vision of how to incorporate it, I can do that, just ask!
